CIA MK-Ultra researcher Dr. Louis Jolyon West, known to some as “Dr. Jolly” was one of the foremost figures studying mind control. Today I am going through some of the most recent documents I’ve had released from the UCLA special collections. Currently working on the Kai the Hitchhiker book and after that will get back to the “6 degrees from Ted Kaczynski to Epstein” book but I will continue to collect as much of the LJW special collections and hopefully in a couple years will be ready to start working on the first definitive biography of one of the leading CIA MK-Ultra researchers.
